JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Analyst
Location: London
Reporting To: Manager, INTL Network Cost
Job Holder: TBA
Overall Purpose: Through analysis of vendor invoices and switch data - organize, record, report, process for payment carrier invoices, record disputes, participate in gathering information for accruals and other reporting projects as needed.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, code and enter invoices in tables and databases.
- Compare vendor invoice data with Our client data as part of the audit function.
- Prepare schedules in support of invoice approval or dispute.
- Analyse the cost effectiveness of Our client switched routing.
- Provide data for reporting.

Customers: Finance organization, Switch Database, LCR builders
Suppliers: Provisioning, Carrier Relations, IS, vendors
Qualifications and Experiences: (E = Essential; D = Desirable)
- D - Four year university degree in business related field.
- E - One to three years business experience (2 years is desirable).
- E - Self-motivated, naturally inquisitive, analytical.
- E - Computer proficiency with Excel (or Lotus).
- D - Finance or Accounting background.
- D - Need to have CDR experience.
- D- Knowledge of the telecommunication industry is an advantage.
