Job Title: Interconnect Billing Analyst

Location: London

Reporting To: ICABS Operations Manager

Salary Midpoint £33k

 Overall Purpose:

To implement business requirements for Interconnect Billing.

To be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all reference data.

To act as the interface with the business for operational aspects of interconnect billing.

Responsible for the accuracy, timelines and completeness of carrier bills.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

  1. The job holder will work closely with the ICABS Operations Manager who will be responsible for business development and policy issues in connection with Interconnect Billing.
  2. To maintain ICABS scheduling, authorising runs and recoveries where appropriate.
  3. To support and investigate (and resolving) the level of suspense accounting.
  4. To assure accurate input to ICABS of all reference data including tariffs, dial codes and switch data.
  5. Ability to implement and manage changes at the business level and agreeing operational changes with IT.
  6. Where applicable, supporting operating Companies in their dealings with Carriers.
  7. Interfacing with IT on operational aspects.
  8. Applying quality checks to the accuracy of all usage reports and bills.
  9. To be involved in specifying and controlling reports and processes to manage quality checks and support revenue collection.
