Job Title: Systems Analyst – NMP Development

Location: London

Reporting to:

Overall Purpose:

Work with users to define requirements, map requirements into mediation strategy, give feedback (functional specifications) to developers after performing analysis, participate in design reviews, do presentations to users and IS management, negotiate schedules with end users, coordinate the software's release including implementation plans, provide end user training and test plans, act as focal point for understanding the business problem and proposed solution.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work with users to define requirements and provide these to the development team.
  2. Act as focal point for understanding the business requirement.
  3. Negotiate schedules with end users and monitor the software’s release including implementation, testing and training.
  4. Handle multiple requirements.
  5. Development and review of different types of reports/documents.

Staff/Financial Responsibilities

People: Work in a team, provide business requirements and feedback to the developers, participate in reviews, provide presentations/demos, monitor schedules of software projects, act as focal point for understanding the problem and solution.

Customers: Interact with customers to obtain business requirements, negotiate schedules and provide presentations.

Suppliers: Interact with suppliers to obtain business requirements, negotiate schedules and provide presentations.

Qualifications and Experiences (E = Essential; D = Desirable)

Bachelor’s degree in sciences or a related field E

3 years or more related experience E

Good communication skills E

Telecommunications experience D
